Rachael and Kristoffer's first unofficial date. A corn maze with the Meteorology club they were both a part of. There were too many flashing lights for part of the maze, but Rachael made Kris hold her hand the whole way. Technically, she made the first move.

Our first travel together: A trip to Boston for a Meteorology Conference. The story: Rachael was very sick (patient zero with Covid) and just needed rest. Gill was hanging out and letting her rest, but as you can see, Kristoffer had other plans.

Rachael and Kristoffer travel to Sunny Isles, FL. Since it was during Covid, there isn't a ton to do but they do hang out on the beach, collect shells, and take nice sunset walks on the beach. It is also Rachael's first time trying Publix key lime pie, which she currently ranks as #1 dessert.

Rachael and Kristoffer's trip to San Francisco. Both being foodies, they enjoyed being able to experience the big blend of cultures and foods. They also got to see Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge while on a boat. They also learned they don't like 2 wheel vehicles.

Rachael and Kristoffer's first trip to Hawaii. They got to see Kilauea, take a glass bottom boat tour, and tour both Coffee and Vanilla Farms.

Rachael and Kristoffer's second trip to Hawaii, and Rachael's first family vacation with the rest of the Sorensen family. They got to see the Mauna Kea observatory, eat some fresh Poké, and visited the Volcano winery. Kristoffer surprised Rachael with a Sunset proposal, pictured above.

Rachael and Kristoffer buy their first house together. Huge shoutout to all parents for their help and guidance for getting them to this huge milestone and all the work associated with it.
